Bios d.o.o. was founded 01. 12. 2003. as logical sequent to plentiful tradition of this region in which there is intensive usage of land as basic resource in production of vegetables and fruits. It si completely in private ownership, while operating in system Ekos holding from Varaždina.

Main activity of Commerce company is organized production of vegetables in fiscal contacts with peasants from regions of Varaždin, Međimurje, Koprivničko-križevačka i Ličko - senjska counties which amounts entirely about hunderd peasant households.
